Spiced with ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper, our soy chai tea make a healthy, warming beverage on a cold winter day.


  • 1 cup(s) soy milk, low-sugar, low-fat
  • 1 bag tea bags, chai, decaffeinated
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar substitute

    Heat soymilk until just boiling. Pour over tea bag, cover, and steep 5 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag, remove, and discard. Serve tea hot with sugar substitute, if desired.
