Fruity and filling, this shake can be made with any combination of berries and peaches or with nectarines or plums instead of peaches.


  • 3 small peach(es)
  • 1 cup(s) yogurt, low-fat plain
    or nonfat plain
  • 1 cup(s) milk, lowfat (1%)
  • 1 cup(s) raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • sugar substitute
    to taste (optional)

    In a blender, combine peaches, yogurt, milk, raspberries, 2 ice cubes, and vanilla; purée until smooth. Add sugar substitute to taste, if using. Pour into 4 (10-ounce) glasses and serve.
