  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 teaspoon oil, olive, extra-virgin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoon cheese, mozzarella, part-skim, shredded

    Pulse olive oil and garlic in food processor and spread on top of bread. Top each slice with cheese and oregano and bake at 400 degrees until cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 4 minutes.
