ALSO - I'm 18, striving towards VIKING STATUS (athletic as hell). Oh and I'm Canadian :D

Hey there! I'm Canadian also. I'm a week into SBD. 7 years ago I went from 225lbs to 195 lbs over 5 months with SBD. Since having kids and a foot injury, I've packed it back on to 235lbs. My eating habits slipped for the sake of ease and convenience. But I am cleaning up my act! I know it works for me - maybe easier since I'm male and 6'3" so can lose a lot quickly. But my goal is 210 by next April. If you want someone to 'report' to and to keep you on track, I could use the same. Let me know k? I'm Brian. brian.coote (at) gmail.com

Hey, sounds good Brian. I actually fell off the wagon for similar reasons. I suddenly got exceptionally injury prone, got a concussion from wrestling, and messed up my knees due to skateboarding/rollerblading. Because of that i had to stop training and running altogether for a bit, and started eating terribly. Managed to put on 20 lbs extra fast, which id like to get rid of now that I can exercise again. I'll shoot you an e-mail!
