I just started the program last week and found it easy, but I had a hard time sticking to it. Being in college poses as an extra challenge due to unstable class hours,friends who like to party and alcohol. I want to do this plan, and I know the benefits that I will gain from losing weight...Im looking to see if anyone struggles with sticking to something like I do and wants to be "accountability partners."
