25 year old female ..looking for a buddy day 2 of phase 1

Hi!  I am a 25 female that is on day 2 of phase 1.  I have recently restarted SBD and would love any support.  My boyfriend is supportive but always wants the foods I can't have, so the foods are in the house.  Need someone to help me stay strong through this process.  Also I am a prek teacher with little kids where there is constant snacks in the room!  Thanks!

Hi, I'm a 24 year old female, and I just started today. I know you put this up last month, but maybe you're still looking for a buddy? I thought we might be good buddies because I also teach little kids- I'm a second grade teacher. I also run into the problem that there are unhealthy foods around CONSTANTLY. In the classroom, but also in the teacher's lounge, at school functions, kids' birthday parties, etc. It's hard! I'm really hoping to be successful with this, so maybe we can help each other out.

Hey There,

I saw you responded to the month old post... and if you are interested I'd love to be your buddy! I am starting on Phase 1 tomorrow morning. I'm 24 and just recently started my professional life out in the "real world" and have found that temptations and stress lead to a few extra unwanted pounds. I work in the health field and am a strong believer that I must practice what I preach... but I am human...

Hey definately!!! I started phase 1 last week and was so unsuccesful...was doing great untill the kids birthday party!!! I would love the support!!! and helping each other out!!!

I'm not sure if there is a better way to chat back and forth? I'm so new to this website that it's kind of confusing.

Today was my day 1 and it was totally full of temptations... I did OK though. Everything was sort of "on the fly". You are on day 3? how is it going!?

Hi! today was ok till my kids snack time hit this afternoon! i can not figure out a better way to communicate i tried to figure out the beach buddy thing but cant. the sight is confusing! how r u doing. i need someone to hold me accountable. ya know? p.s. if you figure out the site and an easier way to chat let me know!!
