Hi all,
I could use some vegetarian buddies on here. I had bad weekend eating too much, all phase 2 foods but I'm up a couple pounds and am going back to phase 1 for DAMAGE CONTROL! It would really help to have some vegetarian buddies out there to discuss food options with. I've been eating a lot of cheese and beans since I'm trying to limit soy to one meal a day.
