Hi, I would really love some buddies to bounce ideas off. I am tiny boned and have never ever been able to loose the last 10-15 (I relate that to what a pound of butter looks like...ewwww!) Lbs/blocks. I hide my bulge well...thighs, belly, arms..... I have waggling things hangin out of my bathing suit. We are taking a family vacation in January, and for the first time in 13 years, I want to be proud of my body and not self conscious on a beach. I'm a really happy person, really upbeat, I think I can stay on this program except for PMS days..then Yes...I cheat. Chocolate should be its own food group. I love the ricotta desserts, except you cant find low fat where I live so I take a much smaller portion. I do live in Canada. Thats about it.
