Hi All,

I am 47 yrs and looking for a support system while on the beach.  I am back for a 2nd time and need to shed this weight.  I have been unmotivated for the past few years since the stress level has been quite high in my family setting.  I can't always post on boards but would definitely communicate with a few people directly.  Time is a commodity in regards to reading posts on the boards as I could sit here for hours.. I will support you any way I can.  Let's get moving:)

Hi Paula,
I just turned 49, have 3 kids, work 2 jobs and am short on time and long on stress. Sound familiar?  would love to be of support to you , been on SB since Feb. ,down 20 lbs. but got another 15 -20 to go.  I'm in it for the long haul, I don't want to be fat at 50!  I don't make very much time for myself because it makes me feel guilty for not doing more around the house when I am home. I went through my closet today and got rid of all my bigger clothes even the "just incase I gain it back clothes" and I have never had so little in my closet in my life!  I didn't realize how old some of my stuff was.  Some of it has to be close to 20 years old!  Why do we keep all of it? lol.  Let me know how you're doing on your end.

Looking for buddy--I also have 50+ pounds to lose.  I have been walking every day and really trying to kick up the exercise but I know I have to also get the eating under control!  I'm willing to exchange ideas and support.  Having a buddy will make it more fun.
