Hi; I restarted the plan yesterday and am in need of some emotional support.  All are welcome, but I would really like to meet someone in my area so that we could get together once in awhile to compare notes.

Hi I dont live close to you but I would love to be your buddy too... IWe lost everything in Katrina and I also gained over 40 lbs... It has been such an emotional rollarcoaster for me and I am sur e we have the same feelings ....So let me know if you would like to be buddies and I will be glad to email back and forth and share our ups and downs.... I am 55 years old and am struggling.....with this weight.....
