Hello, This is my second time doing SB the first time I followed the book. lost almost 30 lbs, then gained back 15. Trying now to lose the final 38 lbs. I lost 5 lbs last week so Im excited about that. Looking for a exersize motivator. I have a treadmill, weights and a sauna!!!, that never gets used. I should be model thin by now! lol!
