sorry something wrong i didnt get the messages!  I cant even get into buddie search for 2 days it kicks  me off!!  how are you doing on this diet? I havent gotten into it full swing i want a buddy to do this with!!!  do you have my email address?

I'm doing great on the diet (check out my journals)!! I love the food and purpose and I'm on day two and in going strong. Is there a secure way to exchange emails?

Hi dagsgirl... I was so excited when I saw your post. I live in Fairfield too! I tried SB Phase 1 for the first time in November. I wasn't weighing myself but felt great and noticed a significant difference in the way my clothes fit. I got way off track over the holidays, but am looking forward to starting up again. Would love to share support and maybe meet for walks somewhere?
