Day 1 Need all the Advice I can Get
My name is Laura and I am fromWest Virginia. This is day 1 for me. I am a mother of 3 ages 16, 5, and 3. I am also a 1st grade teacher on summer break. Like many of you I have tried many diets without success. I am looking for a buddy to get me through this. I am not the best dieter in the world :) but I am a great listener and a great motivator. Looking for the same. Someone please HELP!

Support is a definite on these boards. When I first came on board just over a year ago, I tried to keep up on all the boards. I finally found that I felt very welcome and comfy on Exercise and Fitness, Accountables, Phase 2, and 50+. Look around I am sure you will find one that is just the right fit and feel free to jump in. I credit the support and advice on these boards as an important part of helping me stay on track. Sorry that it took me a while to get back to you. Yes school has been out for me a for a week. But it is soooooo busy I think I am ready to go back. I would love to buddy up with you. I am just so new to these message boards that I forget where I have posted messages. I am on my 4th day and woke up with mixed emotions :(
