Hello!
Today is my first day and am excited but nervous! Looking for some support on how to remove all the JUNK from my every day life! I work an office job (70 hours a week behind a computer) so eating in the office is so common! I'm looking for someone who's had similar problems and how they have conquered being the "office eater"! Or, if you are in the same spot, maybe we could try and conquer it together? :)
