Here in ct. starting phase 2 today but afraid to add carbs-15lbs till goal

I am 42, female, 5'5" and want to lose 15 more lbs. I work out 5-6 times per week but mostly cardio because I hate lifting weight.
Anyone have any words if wisdom?
