Good to hear from you, I live on the gulf coast of Alabama. It is beautiful down here. I have been to Texas a couple of times when I was younger. I have a really good friend that moved to Austin, I would love to go see her. Well so far I have lost 4 lbs. I work at a hospital and I am a Respiratory Therapist. So I try to run up and down the stairs all day. Which is a 12 hr day. My problem that the food at the hosp. is not very healthy and diet friendly. Go figure !!!! Since I also live 1 1/2 hour away from my job. (I go to work and stay with friends the days I work and come home after the last day). So I have got to pack my lunches ahead of time. My problem is when we are busy I usually grab the wrong kind of snack. And I notice if I am tired, I tend to eat more.
I have joined a gym, but going has been few and far between. But I plan to do better. I am going to have my workout clothes out the night before, so right when I get up on my days off I can head right to the gym and get it over with for the day.
What have you been doing so far to loose the 13 lbs?
