Hi everyone! I saw someone else posted specifics on who they are, so I followed suit! I would love to talk with someone who has similar situation as me, as I'm easily overwhelmed with my full time job, my two kids, and being recently (less than a year) separated! Sometimes I feel like I can't muster up the energy to exercise and cook, so chatting with someone who knows what I'm going through would be great! Hopefully we can inspire each other to keep plugging away. I have done SB before, but only through the book; never online, and for less than a month. This time I'm hoping to make this more of a "lifestyle" and not just a "diet". I'm also hoping to learn how to not give up on the diet; give up on myself if I cheat a little.
