Interesting. Lots of text editing tools. Like background colors and lots of new text colors. And fonts. And more fonts. And more fonts. Some of the fonts are harder to read, and some aren't showing up for me yet. Cool options, though.

And some insert options. I tried to insert an image to see how that worked, but it must be one of the features that's not yet live.

I shall play around with this some more.

That's odd...why did it post twice? And I notice that I can edit a post, but cannot delete it.

Also, the font and background colors aren't "on" all the time.

Unlike the current system where pressing the "enter" key gives you a double space, here you only get a single.

More...It doesn't say in the post what message I'm replying to. Also, when it shows me the message I'm replying to, that message, which was to Richard, is displaying as having been from me to "ALL."

Not sure if any of these things are material...I'm just pointing out what I see.

HI, my name is mary, Im a 60 yr old registered nurse still working. Tried many diets some with success some without but have always managed to gain the weight back. I know what I should be eating but staying on track is another storey. Been back on South Beach for a week and a half. Could really use a buddy to chat with and offer and receive support and tips.

Hi Mary. This section is new. Just jump in anywhere on the boards. On the Accountables Team Success, there is a great group of ladies, though rather small. On Phase 2 we have a Memorial Day-Labor Day Challenge going and you are very welcome to join in. The SB lifestyle is great but we all have our struggles and need some encouragement and support. Interesting...your message actually went to my e-mail too so I could read the whole message. Do you know will our tickers come along. I guess I will see if it shows when I post this. I really uuse them for accountabitlity as I know others see it too. If I can't do things like that I don't know if I like this or not. New things bug us for sure so I will wait and see. Looks kind of bland actually. I notice that the text cuts itself off so you don't see all you wrote. Hmm.

Well this is the place to be on the message boards of the beach to get support
I am a retired RN and Navy Nurse. Walking is my forte and the main focus of my exercise programs since I live in a 38 foot 5th wheel during the summer in Salem SC which is 14 miles from the closest grocery and 20 miles from the closest gym.

I have been on the beach for a year and 1/2 and have managed to get off many of my medications and am much healthier that I would have been otherwise. I am glad that you are back on the beach with us

Are we going to be able to have our "siggys" it is always such fun to see everyone. I am on Firefox now and love the option to change things around that I couldn't do in the old format.

Hi Mary - I am 58 nurse - still working and I have returned to SB after being "unfocused" for 6 months. Gained 8 pounds during that six months. Have been back for 4 days so you are a bit ahead of me.

I tried to do this a few days ago. I received an e mail accepting me as a buddy from a few people but wasnt able to respond to them. What am I doing wrong. It didnt t work trying to send a return e mail. Help.

Im new to south beach on line and have some trouble trying to figure out these boards. I knew I signed up on this board but couldnt find it again. I was notified by e mail but couldnt get back in touch with you. Hope we can offer each other some support. We have the diet and being nurses in common. I just finished my 3rd week. 1st week of phase 2.
