Hi, I'm 54 and in menopauseland too. Ugh. But this is a new phase in our lives, right? And it's a great time for us to take care of our health and futures, right?

I've tried adding people as buddies today, but I keep getting a message like "this page can not be found". So please feel free to add me as a buddy if you wish.
