Hi Everyone! I will be 50 on February 10th. I have been carrying around extra weight for years now along with a lot of emotinal baggage. My present to myself is to be healthy mentally, emotionally, financially, and physically by that day. I did Phase 1 for 2 weeks once and lost over 9 pounds. Nothing else has ever worked on my abdominal fat. I am hoping to find some daily support here and to meet my goal of 70 pound loss by my birthday. Not only lose the weight but change my eating habits. Best of luck to everyone just starting like me!
