You sound just like me. I am a 59 yr old Nana w/ 2 grandchildren, who also hates to exercise and would like to lose about 50 lbs by next October. Would you be my Beach Buddy? I am from Buford, GA. have 2 dogs, a cat , 2 grown kids and love to read, watch old movies, quilt and sometimes just be lazy.
I am beginning my second week tomorrow.
