Finish up with Phase I -- which by the way is more to get you ready for Phase II where the real weight loss takes place, you are just re-calibrating your sensitivity to sugar right now and lowering your cravings for it, and your appetite triggers from eating it. Takes about 10 to 14 days and then come over to Phase II. We'll help ease you into your first week and help you over the rough spots.
