Looking for buddies starting Phase 1
Hi I am a 51 year-old beginning Phase 1 for 2nd time and in need of buddies! Did pretty well on SBD last time but got overwhelmed with all the planning, shopping and cooking as I was working at the time. I'm at home a lot now due to health problems so it would help me to have some friends to chat with online about the diet and keeping on it. I have five kids and five grandkids - any more grandmas out there trying to lose weight and want to chat about it?

I will be 28 this year and I have three kids that are the light of my life (it would be even better if I had enough energy to play with them). I just signed up yeaterday but haven't started yet. My husband and I are going shopping tonight. So anyways I am here for you and hope you have a good night.
