							Hi Everyone, Well I have tried to contact some people on Buddy's list but I guess people are either to busy or just not in need for help or to give help. I am at phase 1 and I have lost some weight and it will help if I could talk to others on foods they have tried and things they do that helped them. I just went out to an all you can eat restuarant with my Faince and her mother and have to say I think I did good with that. just eat meats and greens and salads. but I have to say when they got deserts it was a little hard but I made it through it. I found a good thing is hot Choc with no suger and low fat Milk and it is Yummie. Lol
Anyway like I said would love to find someone to talk to it can be Male or Female just talking friends.
