Hi All,
I am approaching my 32nd birthday, and am terrified at what I see on the scales.
Less than two years ago on my 30th I had lost 65 lbs on South Beach and was only 15 lbs from my goal weight. I keep trying to put my finger on the moment when I decided it was okay to give up on my weight loss goals yet again, and I am trying to move past the disappointment of gaining back the weight.
Over the years I've gained and lost weight, but each time it gets worse. I am terrified of being a lifelong yo-yo dieter and am determined to get it right this time.... for good!!
I know I can do it, I've done it before, but I truly want this time to be the last.
If it sounds like we are in similar situations and you need a buddy, let me know!
