I have a problem with breakfast foods.  I don't eat eggs.  I seems like eggs are a staple especially at breakfast.   I'm starting Phase I so was wondering if anyone had some ideas.

Breakfast doesn't have to be eggs - it can be ANY protein from the list of foods to enjoy, plus a serving of vegetables.  On the main Message Boards page, you'll find a section called "Great Advice From Our Volunteers" - there is a great list there of breakfast ideas, too.

Also...many more people read and post on the Phase 1 message board, so you might post your question over there for more ideas.
