Hi, here I come again. I am back on the beach because I know it works. I have been here before. I know what to do and how to do it ~ my only problem is temptation! LOL I can resist anything but temptation. I do well with my exercise; I do well with my meals. I do poorly with snacks and eating mindlessly at night.
I am looking for a like-minded buddy to correspond with and share successes and challenges. Anyone interested?

Wow! you should read my post today. I think we have a lot in common! I do a lot of mindless eating. It is worse when I am stressed out. I will eat very good throughout the day and bindge at night when my stress levels are high. I am very active I workout 4-5 times a week. I have added pilates to my work out regimen.
I was on SB 4 years ago and I did very well! After having my son 2 1/2 years ago I fell off the band wagon.
