Trying to get back on track!
Hi Guys-
I have been on the South Beach diet since January. All in all have done pretty darn good on it. Hit my goal weight, but have gained back about 5 pounds. We have been on the move, graduation parties, vacation, etc. etc. I am trying to stay positive and not be too hard on myself. I have recently started walking and am taking up some extercise classes when time permits.
I am not sure if I should go back to Phase I or not, although it is kind of what I have been doing this past week..
Suggestions??? Diet Buddy out there?

I read something on a south beach diet website where if your within 20 lbs of your goal weight you should be on phase 2. Good job on starting walking, keep that up. Ive been on vaction as well while dieting. I know its hard, but keep in mind your goal. Any time you want something bad then think about your goal and know how great you will feel if your good. Good luck
