Ok whew made it through last week being pretty strict and I lost 4.5 pounds! Weight has never really been an issue for me until my late 20's. I am 29 and feel that over the last two years as a working professional somehow I have slowly gained 20 pounds since college :(. I work out an a regular basis. I miss carbs and sugar so very much!! Also, I think being 29 most of my friends go out to bars on the weekends and staying on track over the weekend is by far the hardest! Anyway I am looking for a buddy to keep me on task to meet my goal!
