Hi, I'm Tia. I'm 36 and I'm on phase one starting today. I am looking to lose 19 pounds. I work sometimes from home and also go back and forth on weekends to see my husband. My biggest challenges with dieting are my schedule being different and being organized when I'm out of town, and I love love love wine. I found the no alcohol for two weeks the thing that made me drop out of phase 1 last time I tried SBD. But I'm excited to get back on it and think it would be good for me to just go for two weeks without wine to see if I can do it. If not maybe I need more than SBD!
I'm thinking it might be fun to have some challenges with buddies and also someone to check in with here and there.
