Good Morning Everyone!
I am so excited to join in the summer challenge! I am a mom of nine kids with a very busy lifestyle.
Today I am starting my faithful exercise program. I just finished strength training and am now going for a 3-mile walk.
My goal is to lose 25 pounds by Oct. 1 for my daughters wedding. I presently weigh 180 lbs and I don't know exactly what my goal is! I'll know when I get there!
Here's to an exciting challenge and I am going for the GOLD!
