Okay, i feel like a purple day...
So i joined SBD June 9, learning to cook some really good food, how to eat right, etc. Now i joined this challenge. I felt why not, I'm a competitive person, it cant hurt, i'd have nothing to lose only ambition to gain. Wow, its working. I've lost 20 lbs thus far, and although i think i've lost 5 lbs since the challenge, i am feeling really great. My clothes are too big for me now but i havent gone and bought anything that fits me, yet. Wearing the big clothes and having them so loose on me that i need a belt to keep them up is a wonderful reminder of what i DONT want to go back to . I am at that point where family is starting to say wow, you look skinny. So that is a page turned for me. So as I continue on my quest for a more comfortable life, i have made some really good interships (my word for relationships) that have taught me how to be patient, its okay to cheat, everyone does it always never loosing sight of our goals however, and that exercise is really good for you, do it while your still young/healthy enough to be able to and if you get in a rut, you can always come here and find that you arent alone, help is here. Good luck to everyone as we all aim for our goals, and thank you for the inspirational and motivational posts! Because of those, i've stayed with SBD longer than any other diet place i'd been. Okay the food is good too.
