Must get back in the groove with my beach buddies.  New to plan this last month. Did well the first couple weeks and have lost my momentum.  Felt great when I was on the South Beach diet I am trying to fiqure out the posting on this site so please bear with me  Thanks.  
 DAY ONE is today !!!

I'm right there with you, Linda. Lost on sbd in the past, then lost momentum when my mom died and have struggled since then. Ready to feel good and in control again. This was undoubtedly the best weight loss plan I have ever followed. Good luck to you and all of us learning to live on the "beach." jean

OK I now realize it is the 27th day of September  but still day one.  Made it through lunch and on my way to return to work.  Is this your first day back on the program.  I just need to get a few days under my belt to buile momentum.  You know that feeling Im sure!!

Hi,   Sorry for the long pause.  I broke my shoulder in Sept and have been recuperating with only one operating hand.  It is now 6 weeks and things are getting better.  Not completely back to normal, but getting there.  Started walking with the Fall Challenge and am starting to build a little stamina.  After sitting still for several weeks, I had to start over  and the Challenge gave me the momentum to do that.  How is it going for you?  Obviously my weight hasn't changed much, but, I'm working the program now and trying to get 30' of exercise daily.  Have been using the message boards, but would sure enjoy hearing from you again.  Hope all is going well and that you are well on your way.  Take care, Jean
