Exercise

Yesterday I ran the 5k route around my house.  I am planning to run in the Aug. 15 race and hop to finish in 30 minutes.  Yesterday I finished in 40 min. while pushing the jogging stroller with my 45lb son it it.  I was pleased I finished it at least.  Today I will do a walk video for 4 miles.

I went out to eat and had a salad with some grilled chicken.  I feel very in control and hope to continue!

Good for you! That's awesome that you got so much exercising in. You will do great in the 5K!
