Exercise and watching portions

I have been exercising more and really feel it!!!  Feels Good!!  Also, I have been more in tune with my portion control, and watching my limits on Phase 2 as far as carbs.

Congratulations, Jedens!!! That's what you need to do. DH and I joke that it really is all about eting right and exercising! AS much as we might like to tell ourselves differently, that's really what it boils down to. And in our society, eating right is this kind of eating, not the heavy carbs and sugars that we are sold as being "good for us." (At least in MHO--my humble opinion.)

Hope you had a good weekend.  I am going to use you as my mentor this week, and I am going to report to you at the end of the week as to my eating habits and work-out schedule!!!!  Since we're in the Challenge together, I am going to take advantage of it, and USE YOU!!  Ha!!!

Had kind of had a "cheating" weekend .... well, not KIND OF ... DID have a "cheating" weekend.  Back on track today. Exercise, exercise, exercise!!  This is my week's goal!!!  Hope you do well also.

How did you do? I went camping Friday through Wed, so had a different kind of weekend. And although I walked a lot while we were camping, I didn't get my workouts in. So, we worked out Thurs, and are going today. How did you make out? Did you do any better than the week before? That's the most important thing. When we make lifestyle changes, little changes over the long haul are the most important. We don't need to jump right in and take on the world the first week. (Some people do that very successfully, but I never have.) Good luck!!!
