Well, I did what I really wanted to do. One of the banes of my existence has always been exercising. I've been to a couple of different gyms, but never felt right. Finally, I think I've found something that will work for me. I'm going 3 times/week, even when "I don't want to" which is still too often! I've also worked really hard to do something on the off days of the gym. That is still a work in progress, but I'm so much better. I joined the exercise and fitness thread here on the site, and have increased my exercise points (1 point for each 10 minutes of exercise) from about 75 to 103 this month. My goal was 120, but I'll get there, and now I know I really can. And it really is true, you can get to the point where you really miss exercise, when you don't go for a while. Still not conviced I'll ever "love" it, but that's ok. I'm too sedentary otherwise. So I'll do it.
