OK, this is what I want to accomplish with this walking challenge:
1) Walk at least 30 min. per day on the days that I don't go to the gym.
2) When the weather is too bad, I will go to the mall.
3) Or walk in my living room, but must be 30 min.
4) I will fix my Ipod for motivational music
5) Weight loss goal: 141 lbs. (9 lbs)
I can walk in the morning, or in the evening, or even at lunchtime.
