first steps to 2010

Counted the weeks until New Years Day.  Losng just a pound a week, we all can be 15 pounds lighter when 2010 rolls in!  With the goal of "Being Fit Again in 2000 and 10," I decided TODAY was the day to begin walking again!  Only 15 under my belt...but it's a good start. Will you joine me, one sep at a time???

Great way to look at it!  15 lbs -- gone by 2010!  We can do it!

I like that kind of logic.  A pound a week is very doable!
and, we didn't gain it all in one week. We need to lose it slow and stady!

Okay! New Years will see a new me!

Now, I need to take the dog for a walk!
