We may not have snow here in Florida but sometimes we do have to plan around the heat. My goals for this walking challenge are:
1) Today I renew my membership to the gym and walk on the treadmill Monday - Thursday 30 minutes.
2) Saturday mornings I continue my 4 mile walk with a friend over one of our many causeways connecting the intercoastal waterways with the ocean. Beautiful scenery.
3) I updated my Ipod with music to keep me motivated.
End of fall is a contiued weight loss - need to loose 45 more pounds.
I would ultimately like to enter into a 5k race by spring of 2010 (not racing for time just for an opportunity to finish) I ran a 5k on my 40th birthday and it was very rewarding.
