Just discovered this, as I have been away from my computer and I think I am a day late getting started and haven't found the rules as yet, but I definitely want in. I have lost weight since joining SB in May, but have had family with serious health problems, so I spent the summer taking care of them (no computer available) and not much exercise. Please let me know what I have to do to keep track of my miles, etc. and any details necessary. I hope to lose another 20 pounds while we are all having fun together. I am a teacher in HS and as soon as the bell rings, I'll be walking out there somewhere.
