Getting back on plan after being sick

I was sick with bronchitis for nearly three weeks. I totaly went off plan as I was craving comfort foods and I just gave in to the cravings. I was not exercising for nearly four weeks. Finally I am well and am going back on plan. Just made Mexican lasagna (South Beach recipte) and made South Beach fried chicken. Bought lots of vegies and will make my breakfast which will be scrambled eggs with muchrooms. In the morning I just nuke the eggs as I don't have time to make eggs in the morning. Usually I make up a recipe with egg whites and a real egg for three days and it lasts that long. I was wondering if I should go back to phase 1 but everthing I have read is maybe just go back to phase 2 but the beginging when you only have one serving of bread and one small serving fruit. Anything else I should do to get back on plan and get a fresh start.

I would encourage you to take it easy so as not to relapse .... and make sure you are drinking LOTS of water!  Take care.
