I am excited about the walking challenge.  Love to walk but time management is my problem and one of the big reasons I am overweight.  I am committing to 2 miles a day, 1 in the morning, (my two boxers definitely get my pace up) and at least one more in the evening with my hubby.  I can always tell a big difference when I walk but keeping to it on a regular basis is my real challenge!  Any suggestions?

hi there and welcome to the walking challenge...  i joined up today when i saw the challenge.  for me, its a great way to get me back in the habit of exercise.  financially i cant afford to rejoin my gym, so walking is definitely a great way to go.

i work 3rd shift here and get out at 8:30 in the morning.  thats when i plan to come home and change clothes and get out and hit the pavement for my hour walk i plan on starting.  definitely going to be a challenge where i'll have to do less computer/tv, lol...  i do know that losing weight has to include the sb diet and exercise, so its something i need to do.  im thinking after the walk, make breakfast and then jump on here to post my progress so i can stay accountable..  im hoping to start in the morning..

i think if we can get in the habit of making walking a daily routine, it'll help.  might have a few slips in the beginning, but hopefully with all the company on here, it'll stick   : )

just keep thinking:   No Choice...
