Hello All... I did great my first day. I got in my 2 - 15 minute walks. I was so proud of myself. Then came the next day. Short lunch, no time to eat let alone walk. However I did have time in the afternoon to skim an article about meditative walking. It was very interesting and I hope to get back to it and really read it thouroughly. The gist of it is that you concentrate on God, or, your Higher Power, or nature. or anything positive even if it's your own breathing, and this will add significant benefit to losing belly fat. I don't know about that, but, I tried it for my evening walk and it was a nice change from thinking about making it up the hill.

Today is a new day!  I'm hoping to take time over the weekend to learn to use this board correctly. :)

I do feel I have trimmed my waist more through walking than when I was doing pilates.  I will start the pilates again when the weather turns too cold to walk outside but I will continue to walk on the treadmill and use the gazelle.   Happy walking.  You have started a healthy habit for sure, which is great!
