I am
ready! It is time! How many times have I said that? Seriously, only 3, or was
it 4. But who’s counting. It doesn’t really matter, what matters is that this
is the longest I’ve stayed with any diet. I started SBD on June 5. I love the
food, I've lost 15 lbs, I feel great and all of that without exercising. Just
think how much I would have lost in the past month had I’d been exercising.
This challenge is just what I need to kick off my life changing experience.
