I was just looking at the boards & was wondering if there will be a holiday challenge this year? There's sure some great info on last years board! I just started in Sep. & am on day 8, so I will need lots of help! Thanks!

I am sure we will be doing something , if only informally. We are definately going to share SB friendly desserts so we can stay legal thru the holidays ! :)

Welcome to this great message board. 

I also started in Sept p1. This is day 6 for me.  Still working my way up to p2. The 2wks of p1 can be challanging - but it goes by real quick. Looking forward to p2.  You will find great motivation reading all the posts. I am also lloking for anything to make p1 interesting and also eager to hear about the holiday good foods to prepare.

I just got back from a camping trip & wanted to reply, this is by far the best thing I have come across. My Dr. recommended this way of eating & I'll have to say it seems he is right. The holidays are a real family thing here & there's lots of good food around! I got the holiday & party cookbook so I'm going to try to make some stuff from there. Maybe people won't even  know it's any different!
