I can't seem to have just one glass of wine. Two weeks ago, I gained 3 pounds and I am convinced it was the wine. Too bad, but I'd rather lose weight.

I'm getting rid of all the wine in the house
Annie, I can so relate to what you're experiencing! I'm determined I'm going to beat this 'weakness' of the wine taste buds & only have one glass! When my hubby isn't home I don't drink any so I think he's a bad influence on me ;) Since I can't get rid of him, I need to work on my self control! lol! Let me know how you do.

Well, I did fine until we took a short trip to Costa Rica. When we got back, I still wanted to have wine at night. Today, I will again do away with it, then later do what you are doing with just one glass. Keep up the good work. Old habits are so hard to break aren't they? Annie
