if it is not SB approved, get your hands off it, lol...... you can do these two weeks on phase 1. just think how great you're gonna feel when you finish it. take it like a test. you are showing food who is the boss. you get thru these two weeks, and nothing is going to stop you. your cravings for the bad food will be gone. you'll see some great results and be happy you stuck with it. its only two weeks, thats nothing compared to the results you're gonna get..
there are tons of foods that are acceptable on phase 1. do you like spagetti squash? omg its the greatest and its like eating an italian meal with pasta, but without all the calories and the starch which we cant have right now.
ya know those big portabello mushrooms? make a pizza out of them. using a toaster oven, grill some, then add a little sugar free marinara sauce, some grilled chicken, and top with low fat shreaded cheese. its really good.
