Hi Sunflower girl,
I'm 5'10" and 180# and want to be 165# and keep my BMI in an acceptable range. I was on SBD last year and lost the first weight I had ever tried to lose. Yippee but have added it back on so am back at it and this is my first time online. This is great to have persons to be accountable to. Thnksfor the support!  Cindyo

Hi Shawn and fellow SBD'ers!
I have finally found the right place on the website! I registered days ago for the Challenge and now see it's here. I just rejoined SBD online and am looking forward to using the Challenge to jumpstart my weight loss.

Current weight 188
Desired weight 130
Lbs to lose 58

Am having trouble loading my BEFORE photo - but will do so ASAP.

Best,

OK, I'm going to try again, to get caught up and connect with the challenge. It's been nearly impossible with my schedule, but with the option of chatting later (after the official time) I may be able to keep up somewhat. I hope I'm not too late. I was so frustrated at first that it just wasn't worth the aggravation.
I'm Deb, I'm 45, and weigh 187. I've been on SBD since March of 2007 (I think) and have lost and maintained almost 20 pounds. I'm still overweight (obese by BMI standards) and know I need to continue to lose weight. My goal is to get down to 135 long term, but I would love to see the 150's before summer (when my son gets married).  I do really well for a few weeks, then let life get in the way and back slide. One thing that is good is that each time I backslide it's less damaging, and for less time, before I get back on and take off again.
I have 3 adult children and a wonderful DH, who is eating the SBD way with me so I'm really lucky in that. My schedule is what catches me up, so I'm looking at ways to counter that on a regular basis. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
