started SB yesterday and I figured this would keep me motivated to get moving. I like to walk and do a little running but I have become lazy, so my goals are to walk everyday at least 30 minutes at a good ppace and one day a week walk with my father who has lost a ton of weight recently and he does 9 miles a day at a really good pace with hills!

I just decided today to take the challenge!  I need to get motivated!  I need to stop making excuses...the weather is gorgeous -- just get outside and get moving!
