Just joined and I am confused.

Hi All,

Just signed back up after being away from SB for awhile. I gained back all my weight plus some, this got me motivated to get back on track. I came back from vacation and couldn't believe the pictures of me were really me.  So, this time I thougth I would take the challenge and change my mind set on losing weight. I am back to phase one.  Some of these postings I am not sure if the food is for phase one...like the smoothies etc.,  I am hoping there is some note to let me know.

Many folks are on P 2 so they may not think to notate P1 or P2 .

Just consult your list of foods to enjoy. Fruit and starches are off bounds til P2 basically.

Thanks - I got a inkling this board was mostly p2.  I was on p2 prev- fell off the wagon- stayed away for awhile and now I am back on p1.  It seems to be easier this time around by reading the posts on this message board- it keeps me motivated to have a challange. For me the big prize will be to see the improved me reaching my goal!
